As far as international immigration services and customs are concernced, I have been flying in the air since the 2nd of september 2004 and have never landed. I do not exist, I do not live anywhere. I love that concept. The thing is that I left Australia in september 2004 using my australian passport, so immigration didn't give me a stamp, and didn't even register the fact that I was leaving the country. I landed in Paris and used my british/european passport to get through customs, which meant that they didn't give me a stamp there either, given that they thought that I was simply a returning european citizen. I did the same thing on the way back home for holidays, just in the other direction. Obviously. Fantastic. Officially, I do not exist!
And now for a photo. Because I feel like it.

That's
Jane on the left. Jane from Lille. You say her name as if it was written "Jeanne" but it's so much more fun to say it english-style. Jayyne. That was the day that she got a new piercing and was showing it off. I have no idea what that spot between your nose and your lip is called, I don't even know if it
has a name, but good golly gosh it looked mighty painful. She did indeed have a fair bit of trouble speaking for a few weeks. It was like having to teach a baby how to speak again. Cute!
